Shipping
MIAB Jewels only accepts responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is in our possession. Upon delivery of the item(s) with the shipment by choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulatory laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the items passes to the carrier upon delivery. MIAB Jewels will not be held liable for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping company. MIAB Jewels cannot be held liable in any way. Because all jewelry is handmade, processing will take 1-2 business days.
Returns and warranties
We are confident that you are satisfied with your purchase from MIAB Jewels. If an item is delivered defective, MIAB Jewels will repair the product within 14 days of your purchase at no additional charge. All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@miab-jewels.com. After your item(s) are received by us, we will transfer the money to your account. All custom jewelry (such as the necklaces with a letter inside) cannot be returned.
Property rights
The contents of this site, including text, logos, images, data and software, are the exclusive property of MIAB Jewels. Photos and all other images and/or text may not be reproduced, transmitted or printed for commercial purposes.
Reproduction or duplication
