Returning 

Does an item not meet your expectations? Too bad, that can happen. All MIAB products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
From now on you can easily register your return online via our website. Click in the last row of the column to register your return.
Make sure you keep the receipt from the post office! As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The purchase amount will then be refunded to your bank account/credit card used to place the order. This can take up to 8 business days. 

Returns 2 + 1 free

This offer is valid only with the purchase of three products. Return of at least one of the three products will void the discount. The full retail price will be charged.

 

Exchanges are not possible, products can only be returned. After which you can order another size/product. You can see how returns work via the link above.
